Antonio, born in Rio de Janeiro, he started to perform with only 16 years old following his father steps as Tambourine Juggler and percussionists. He did lots of tours around Brazil as integrant of the group Trio Pandeiro de Prata and also working for the more prestigious Samba Schools in Rio. In 1993 he auditioned to work internationally and traveled to Spain where he was working exclusively as a performing in Brazilian entertainment groups for 10 years. He appeared on many Spanish television programs and music clips and did regular tours to Finland, Morocco, Norway, France, Switzerland & Hungary.

He moved to London in 2002 to work as a salsa instructor and promoter, becoming really appreciated in the London-Cuban Salsa scene, and winning the Tropicana Tropics Rueda Championship 04 with the group Explosion Cubana
